Tips to find a CNC router / water jet provider in my area...

I have been hitting a brick wall on finding someone local to outsource my CNC work to.
I tried a mill work type place, who has a router, and the cutting was pretty bad.
Any suggestion on how to find a source in my area? Other trades who do precise, clean
CNC work? BTW, I'm in the Hattiesburg, MS area.
