Tire Cover for Jeep

Have a customer that wants a customized design placed on his tire cover...anybody know of an effective material or product that can be used to customize a vinyl tire cover?

I used 180 with 8518 on one about a year ago. As far as i know its still stuck.

It's hit or miss. I've hand lettered them and decaled them with success but most are full of plasticizers to keep them soft which causes problems with adhesion.

Ditto - buy these. Did a couple on two hummer wraps and they are holding strong 3 years later.

What about using heat transfer vinyl?
