Totally lost with a new GX-24. 14 years in the business

don't post much but hopefully may be able to offer some help when production manager open you have 4 buttons next to the preview panel the left button if clicked gives you options to change origin point left, right centre etc etc hope this helps

Hi. If it is brand new today, who did you buy it from? Are they able to help you with these issues? For any of our printers/plotters we always get our supplier to install them for us, as part of the deal, and make sure they are working the way they should. We actually had 1 GX-24 not working at all,right out of the box! No power... nothing! Our supply left with it in his vehicle, and was back a few days later with a (working) new one. Training was provided too.
