Toyota is definetly not gonna let loose any of their graphic files. I've recreated many factory vehicle/RV graphics over the years and generally the method I use is to trace the original by hand, scan then vectorize. Sometimes I have been able to take digital photos and create the artwork from those but the other method is more precise. Have fun, it can be somewhat time consuming.
