Trademark question

I have a client that wants me to print a logo of an on-line entity but they have changed the color of the brand mark to better fit with their colors.
The brand ID guidelines explicitly state not to change the color.
What would you do?

I see no infringing myself. His client may very well have permission to use the logo in question (probably a dealer for the brand or whatever). In my opinion it is not up to us to enforce some other companies trademarks and/or usage guidelines. That being said, no, I'm not going to print some trademark logo for retail sale if it's clear that the customer wanting it has absolutely no business with the mark. Changing the color of a mark like in question, I'd clearly and politely explain to the customer that they are asking to violate the marks usage guidelines and that they will likely be told by the marks owner that doing so is not allowed.
