Tradeshow Booth ID sign Printer..

I am looking for a printer that will print booth ID signs for tradeshows. This used to be done with vinyl years ago however inkjet printing them is faster and cheaper. The dimentions for the blank is 7"tall x 44"wide. Currently we are printing these with an EPSON Desktp inkjet. The printer will only hold 1 sign at a time because of the thickness. Its a card stock, and it does need a little help getting started and pulling it out when its done. I have heard talk of a printer designed for this exact aplication, it holds 50 sheets and prints with a windows driver (they use EXCELL to do the list)

Anyone have any idea where I could find something like that? I know my CJ 500 would do it but I am looking to get this for someone so they can do these in house better then an epson inkjet.

thanks.

Um.... Epson 5500? Wide format digital, works best with paper and cardstock, cheaper than solvent printers?

Is that kinda like what you're looking for?
