Transferring fonts and preferences to new computer

I just got a new PC and upgraded to Omega 5.0. Is there any easy way to duplicate my old font list to the new system? I know how to individually reinstall the fonts, but I am hoping there is an automated way to do this? Similarly, is there a way to duplicate all my preferences from the old system? Task bars, etc? What is your review of 5.0? Thanks!

Being a grandpa is more fun than working
For TT and OT fonts, I like Suitcase Fusion. Any Gerber fonts can be dropped into the Gerber font folder.
