Transistor for Sp300

Not familiar with the Roland, but transistors vary even on the same board, and as such, aren't a one-size fits all solution. Did you fry one? Can you read any of the markings on it? If you can narrow down its information, you can easily enough find a substitute.

The SP300 will contain 2 transistors, the C4131 and A1746. I have purchased them through Mac Media or eBay before.
