transparent letter size pockets for an information board

Hello.
I am a little confused here.
A customer wants us to make an information board.
I want to put vinyl on a sheet of coroplast.
They are going to update the documents once a week and I do not know what is the best holder for it.

Does anybody know if there are special holders for information boards?
Or maybe there are holders for files, if they put the papers in plastic files before they hang them.

Your only problem may be size.
