Can anybody give me directions on how to transport a roland bn20 printer? It’s only going a mile down the road. What do I need to do to protect it?

A mile down the road? I'd just put it in your front seat and drive it over.

I've driven machines 20KM Without doing much - If it was going a long distance you may want to tape the carriage so it doesnt bounce around... but I dont think thats even necessary on a 1 mile venture.

if using a truck, a bit of cushion helps.
the ride is rougher than a car. lots of bounce and vibration.
the back seat of a car is ideal, for something the size of a bn-20
drive slowly, avoid potholes

i have driven machines almost 500 miles in the back seat of a hyundai with no issue or damage

So just secure the carriage and drive slow? That’s what I’ll do it’s literally right down the road.
