Transporting Vs540 - Installing HeadLock??

I am about to move to a new shop a couple miles down the road. The printer will not be down for more than a couple hours. What precautions should i take when transporting? I know to remove the ink bottle, but i cant figure out how to put the headlock on. any advice is greatly appreciated.

Make sure the head is seated, open the cover and put the blue head lock on. Sit it in there is only one hole in there, you will see it.
I am looking for a youtube vid, I know I saw one before.
