Need Help Trim Capping

Hello everyone, i need some suggestions on how to apply a trim capping to acrylic. This will be my first time making a sign like this picked up a job from a Burger joint, sign was custom made! What type of adhesive should i use as well? Thanks in advance

You mean Jewelite edge cap? Wherever you get the trim get the adhesive for it. There are some Youtube videos showing the process. We use a piece of scrap plywood and finish nails to hold in place as we form and glue.
