perhaps kepler std? a few intricacies cant be accounted for due to the blurriness of the image though...

Really splitting hairs here, but I think Bodoni's Berthold Medium flavor plus a little bit of a stroke is the one. Note the flip up on the tail of the "R" and the slight outward angle of the bottommost serif of the "E".

Of course this font also appears to be prohibitively expensive, so I really only mention it so you can check to see if you've already got it.
