Tru Vis VG vs. Pro-4 XR

I'm about to pull the trigger on a new printer. I had my mind made up to get the XR, but the VG has my curiosity. Any input from anyone who has had both? I'm currently running an older SP model, and am familiar with Versaworks, so I don't think I want to even consider anything else at this point.

VG ink is glossy, and it uses new heads/dampers/caps/wiper system/inks and rip. The rip itself looks identical to versaworks, but handles gradients and transparancy layers in PDFs with a lot less fuss.

pro4 has been around longer, and at least has an established record of how it performs over a few years.

Hah I'm in the identical situation. Only 1 day left to decide on the XR due to the $6k off. Hmmm.
I'm thinking the Tru-vis inks are a little more affordable 500ml for less than 440ml. (no cartridge)
Was told the LED's are very convenient.
Dryer fan setup would be extra on the VG but I think the XR comes with it.
Was looking at the EJ but the tech told me it's too fast for what I use it for. (wraps not banners)

I pulled the trigger on the XR. I don't think I will be disappointed, but I think I will always wonder how the VG performs.
