I want to thank all the members that have upgraded your accounts. I truly appreciate your support of the site monetarily. Supporting the site keeps this site up and running as a lot of work daily goes on behind the scenes.
Click to Support Signs101 ...
Enter your text using the small text tool which will only use TTF and Open Type fonts that are installed. You may then use as is for printing or you can remove the small text feature by clicking on Text > Remove Text Smart Edit > Small Text and you will be left with the vectors of the entered text.
Open the TT Font Converter and select the font to be converted. Click the Convert button. The font will now appear in your Composer font menu but entered text will not respond to the spacing control.
Open the TT Font Converter and select the font to be converted. Click on Disjoin and follow the instructions in this tutorial on using Gerber Font Designer. The final results will be a fully functional Gerber font.
What am I missing here? TT fonts naturally appear along with open type and .vef (naitive SignLab) fonts in SignLab...there's nothing special to do in order to use them.
