Trying something totally new

So, trying to get away from the same look that we've gravitated towards. It isn't live yet, but here are some screen shots.
1st is the top of the home page
2nd is scrolled down the home page a little
3rd is an inside page

I don't mind harsh feedback, overall I've been racking my brain and keep trying new things.
I really wanted the user to get something more engaging and maybe something off the beaten path.
Thought I would get some feedback if anyone is interested.

Overall the site looks nice, good feel. One suggestion I have would be have the top Nav bar stay at the top of the screen when you scroll down the page, or have a floating button off to the side that will take you back to the top of the page, but the floating nav bar would be a nicer touch in my opinion.
