Trying to decide of what signboard to use

I am trying to decide what signboard to price customer out on. This sign will be attached to 2 steel poles. Edges will be exposed. I would like something hat is at least 1/4" thick. This will be a double sided sign. Sign will be 4'x80". I would like something I do not have to finish on ends. Dibond doesn't come 1/4" thick does it?

Dude you should talk to your suppliers. Diabond comes in various thicknesses.

Dibond, MDO with edge cap or Alumacore with edge cap

At previous shop we used a lot of Alumilite/Econolite panels for what you are asking about. We on occasion used Alumacorr.

I didn't want to have to edge cap this sign, so i was thinking dibond. Ok, ill check on the different thickness. Thank you!

Grimco has 1/4" max metal, we use it all the time for 4x8's
