Trying to find more space for the shop.

I've outgrown the current location and it's well past time to relocate. I'm having a heck of a time finding anything. Either the space is too big and it's more than I can afford or if it's affordable there is already another sign shop in that location.

The flex/industrial building in this area are either around a 1000 sq ft or over 5000 sq ft. There are some things in the middle but it just seems like they are few and far between.

I've been looking myself online but I'm not sure if I should get a realtor involved. We tried that when I first opened but it was a complete waste of time then.

Any ideas?
