Trying to ID this vinyl that is textured..I'm thinking it is floor material..

Yep... without a lot more info its impossible for anyone to say. Could be a hundred or more different materials. Textured vinyls and textured laminates are both available. Most likely its a textured laminate on some kind of vinyl.

Post up close ups if possible, otherwise it would be impossible to ID.
Most vinyls are smooth, and it is the laminate that is "non-skid" if is going on the floor. MacTac makes some that I like to use.

sounds like Hi bond Utility vinyl used on things like tractors and such.
