color drop is a printer issue. Older printers like our old Seiko 64s was famous for dropping color. Our new Epson GS6000 using the built in 3M 180cv3 profile printed this solid pink transit wrap with no issues. It is a 1440x1440 16 pass high D weave profile. The newer machines print in wave pattern and you can increase the weave to avoid these issues.
Be sure to check the model of the printer being used and make color drop an issue up front when making "the deal".
PS: Love the RETRO look! Reminds me of the Monopoly cards.
