UCJV300-160 Offset Start Error

Error 18f - Offset Start [1_ ]. This error occurred during a print this weekend and was wondering if there was anything I could check before making a service call.

Might be a messed up printhead cable or bad connection, but if not comfortable digging around in the head carriage, might be better to have the tech fix ya up.
