Hi,
I print on different types on a vinyl surface (wallcoverings).
On some of the them pinch rollers leave tracking marks.
It is visible especially on light solid colors or light gradients.
I thought it was a fault of the material but I printed fragments of different graphics (dark colors, photos) on the same material batch one by one - the problem occurs only when print solid colors.
Pinch roller pressure is set on low.
I saw some ideas when it comes to ink hardening by temperature. How about UV? Is there any setting I can turn up?
As a last resort I will print only on 2 outer pinch rollers. However, this solution isn't satysfying for me - surface more easily folds etc.
Do you have any idea? Please help.
