ugggh help with font please

I am just no good at this!
This font is one of those that looks like just about
every other font to me - I cannot figure it out.

The min. I think, "ahh yah, that's it"
WRONG again

Looks like Trajan Bold to me....

It looks like HELIOS SSI.

Yep, Trajan, but may be stretched slightly taller, and is definitely kerned closer togther...like betweem the I/C, and NS, UT... probably the whole thing!

WOW - I just can't these types apart.

also I tried whatthefont
that's usually my first stop
then I hunt for about an hour before
I give up and realize, yet once again,
that I stink at this
