For a PD of course, 4 hours away and they want me to match the graphics that the now retired previous shop did. And, of course, the best photo they can send. Beaufort seems close, but it doesn't have the "clipped" ends of the serifs. Tried Google font searches, Find My Font and all those and nothing, mostly because of the jagged edges I'm sure. Any takers?

You're not wrong, Beaufort is a good candidate. If you add a fat outline in corel, with the square corner option, you'll get a similar effect. From there, add a drop shadow, outline and gradient.
