I.m using Gerber Omega software and I have been trying to find an UNDERSCORE with no luck. Was wondering if anyone had any idea or suggestions. Thank you!

Underscore is not so much a font feature as it is program feature. Omega does not have it but, as mentioned, it's pretty easy to just draw a box.
