Hey guys...
Working with a large customer who installs big rectangular vinyl (25" x 60") prints to PVC Banner-like material. It appears to be regular banner material -- Feels the same -- but since they've switched manufacturers of the supposed same material, our test piece of vinyl is not sticking whatsoever.
We're using Oracal 3165/laminated, installing dry. His previous supplier was supplying the "same material" and we had no issue with 3165 sticking. New manufacturer, now it's not sticking....at all.
Has anyone had this happen before? Options? Is there a coating on the material keeping it from sticking? Thoroughly cleaned prior to install...yikes!
