Unusual CNC projects?

Does anyone search out projects like https://www.slicedtodutch.com/ with their flatbed cutters? Being a car nut, I'm excited to find some art and play with slicing on my Colex.

Just curious if anyone chases down this type of work or experiments with what their capabilities are.
