pictures are worth a million words 
without a photo reference, my guess would be that you have blocked nozzles in your printhead.
if your test print is 100%, then my next guess would be ink supply issues.
...and that's assuming that you've already tried correcting media compensation on your own. which would be the simplest error to fix.
