unwanted light blue stripes on print

    i have been getting these unwanted light blue stripes on the finished prints
    and would like to know why ? i am using a refurbished roland sj 500 printer
    can anyone explain why and what i have to do to correct this very annoying issue

    pictures are worth a million words :)

    without a photo reference, my guess would be that you have blocked nozzles in your printhead.
    if your test print is 100%, then my next guess would be ink supply issues.

    ...and that's assuming that you've already tried correcting media compensation on your own. which would be the simplest error to fix.
