Updating Business Management Software

Hello All,

We're a 30+ year old company looking to update our antiquated invoicing/management software.

Our main staple of signs are Architectural ADA Signs, Dimensional Letters, Vinyl RTAs, Window Film, Laser/Rotary Engraving, and Directory Strips.

We would need this new software to be an actual desktop program versus cloud based due to internet outages that happen more than we would like.

Also, we would prefer it to be capable of the following:
  • Invoices
  • Quotes/Estimates
  • Order Entry
  • Inventory Control
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • General Ledger
  • Work Flow Management

I've done quite the bit of research on the software geared towards Sign Companies, but it seems like a lot are either over-kill/over-priced or cloud based.
Are we better off going with QuickBooks desktop?
