UPS.com Down?

Is anyone else having problems logging onto UPS.com today? I have a package that I need to ship 2nd day air and I haven't been able to log in to my ups account for the past 2 hours.

Thanks Fred. I've made partial progress several times but mostly just wind up with "An error occurred while processing your request." Hopefully they get it resolved in the next 2 hours!

I just called them and the gal on the phone said their internal systems are all down as well. Said she was doing work with a pen and pad today.

Same thing here haven't been able to log onto my UPS all week so dropping off packages at staples and wasting time sure is fun lol

I just tried to track my shipments and can't even track them. I get an error message saying page doesn't exist. Very annoying.

Going to see if the droid app works still.

UPS was down 95% of the time, very annoying, took me an extra couple hours to get our 12 shipments out, plus nerve racking whether we would get them to print at all.... they just kept having the spinning icon...

I've got to find my fed/ex login in case it happens again.

Do you think UPS was hacked and that is what may be causing a recent rash of delivery issues?

I waited as long as I could for them to resolve the problem but finally had to run the package down to the local shipping store and send it FedEx. It sucked paying retail rates but at least my customer will have it Friday.

I got this email from UPS:
UPS Systems Experiencing Technical Difficulties

The ability to track packages on ups.com is currently unavailable due to technical difficulties; however, packages can be prepared for shipping and given to UPS.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

We are treating this problem with the utmost urgency and our technical support teams are currently working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
