urethane crown molding for post and rail sign

I have a client who is seeking urethane crown molding for post and rail signs, fypon has a product that goes above a window, I was thinking of buying two pieces and sandwiching, any better ideas/resources from someone who has solved this question before?

I screw & glue, usually polyurethane in a caulk tube, Sink the screws a bit & touch up.
