I've never seen him say he was joking... but maybe he did. He also said he wasnt joking... but maybe next week he'll say he's just joking, and was always joking, the guy changes his mind like someone with dimentia and forgets what he said an hour ago.

Will he do it in a way that blatanly breaks the constitution? Or will he do it in a way where Vance gets elected, then steps down and it bypasses the "elected" requirement? Still pretty much pisses on the constitution.

I don't think the constitution is something that should be played with, tbh. You guys are so patriotic that a flag being on the floor is considered treasonous.... The constitution is the founding building blocks to America. Sounding like a dictator, even if it's a joke... Is a bad joke.
He did say he'd find a legal way to do it at least, so I'll give him credit for that.... Just hopefully his legal isn't a legally grey way.

he's not playing with the constitution. hes playing with your feelings. The crazy thing is this: what has he done that's NOT legal? Have you seen the news lately about letitia james? chick got busted for what she accused TRUMP of doing.
deporting a person who already had a court order from a Fed judge that he could not be deported - he was deported without due process - even the Supreme Court agreed 9-0 this act of deportation without due process was absolutely un-constitutional. (and if something is unconstitutional it is also NOT legal)

false. the constitution offers no protection for witholding of removal orders, which can be terminated by DHS.
As has been previously established by SCOTUS, the due process clauses apply to any person on USA's soil - even if they entered illegally - Due process as defined in the 5th and 14th amendments state that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. They does not state "no legal citizen" or "only who Executive feels" it guarantees due process to every person who is in our country.... if they are here illegally, then use due process to prove it and then deport them.
But you are absolutely mistaken that due process was not guaranteed. the orders can be cancelled, but they still need due process to do it legally.

...but i guess we all have different opinions of what's "scary", but at the moment one notion is hypothetical and the other actually happened and could happen again especially when skynet takes over.
