That is about the most common picture of ms13 on the net. They don't hafta wear tattoos, and since about 2007, they have moved away from facial tattoos, so they can commit violent crimes without being noticed. Oh yeah...... and they're not all ms13. There are maybe a dozen or so, if not more. I tend to agree there are more..... many more. And yes, they use lotsa pictures in their repertoire to indicate their allegiance to what group they are part of and YOU base your information on one of the oldest pictures on the internet.

Think about what you're saying... They moved away from Face Tattoos because they didn't want to be noticed... but decided Poctograms on his knuckles where people see just as well is ok? Do they think cops are dumb and would never connect it? Why is this the onlyguy who's been seen with pictograms? 250 people went to el salvador, is it really hard to believe that maybe 1 of them wasn't who they were saying he is? Have you looked up any information on this guy, Or MS13, aside from far right news sources? Again...this shows why people not getting due process is very dangerous. People are supposed to be judged not by public opinion, but by the courts and a jury.

I'm too lazy to re-do the research, It's not going to change your mind, and honestly it doesn't matter... this isn't about 1 guy, this is about how the administration is handling the 1 guy. But theres a researcher who;s been studying MS13 for 5 (Or 8, forget the exact amount) of years... Who said MS13 tattoos are mandatory, and he's never seen an MS13 tattoo like Garcias. And that Ices theory that the Cross and skull are covering up a 1 and 3 is ridiculous, and goes against everything the gang stands for... They don't care about hiding or covering up, they want to be feared... And even the highest members of Ms13 have tattoos... And its pretty much always a MS13 somewhere on their body.

He could be guilty, but he also could be innocent, lets say he's guilty... Does it matter? The US Constitution guarantees due process to all, regardless of immigration status - The Supreme court ruled, in a historic ruling of no disents, all agreed... that Trump had to facilitate his return... Which he's ignoring. 2X he's pissing on the constitution, is that really not a big deal to you? Doesn't matter if it's something small, or something big... something you agree with, or something you don't... The constitution is pretty important... no one, not a single person should be able to ignore it and feel like theyre above it. If he doesn't like it, try and get it changed... but to flatout ignore and bypass it is crazy, and whats crazier is people who are defending him for it.

Whats going to happen in 4 years when a democrats in term... One day they'll have someone like Trump who's willing to skirt the law and do whatever it takes to get his agenda done whether it's constitutional approved or not... He'll ignore the court rulings, call them a sham, say they should be impeached and just go about forcing his agenda and ignoring the law.... then I bet you'll care, because what he wants wont align with your views.

You cant choose what laws to break and follow... or at least you shouldn't be able to. It's ridiculous, and I'm still shocked that anyone can justify how Trumps treating the supreme court / federal court, ignoring due process, and theres still people that can shrug it off and say it's fine.... it's crazy, it's like theres no tipping point, some people will just defend trump and allow him to do whatever he pleases.

I can link a dozen + cases in the past 2 months where ICE have detained / arrested US citizens. People who were born and living in USA all their life... until their moms, or family members brought their birth certificates to courts, or other locations. what happened to innocent until proven guilty? Is it ok not to waste due process time / money on these guys too, because they only spent 10 or less days in jail? What if they had a tattoo and were deemed MS13 and flown to el salvador... If it's possible for Ice to wrongly detain a US citizen, why is it impossible for them to wrongly claim someone is MS13 / send them out of the Country? Lets even play devils advocate and say it's not worth spending the money on them - The dozens of people who were wrongfully arrested have such an easy case to sue the government for millions for violating their rights... And I'm sure most, if not all will... So is the government really saving any money by just mass deporting people? Makes no sense to take away peoples due process.

This is really getting tiresome. but YOU think about it. You're spouting off information 15-20 years behind the times. You just made the big point in this particular part of the conversation. You said cops aren't dumb. That's exactly the reason they took this guy outta circulation. It's a start, but things will get better, especially if you keep up with things. I don't get any of my information from far right or left camps.

Also, not only is making your head a frickin' target to be unforgettable, but looking like a total freak is hard to forget. Tattoos are so commonplace, that most people don't take notice of someone's arms or knuckles. If you read publications by reputable people, you'll see what's really going on, focusing on this one guy. Type in some of the different gangs and you'll see literally 1,000's of pictures and they all have their own meanings. There''re between 30 - 50,000 of these nuts around the world with about 10,000 or so in the US. Don't know about canada, it didn't seem important enough for anyone to report on, but suffice it to say we're here, now-today and we're doing something about it..... FINALLY. I'm not planning 4 years out. I could be dead or even you. I plan for the future the best I can, but I have no control over silly what-if's.

The top guy in ms13 has no facial tats and like I said, the newer ones are not doing it. Did you know this particular gang started back in the early 80's ?? There are so many other gangs, that it's ridiculous to believe this guy is innocent. You wanna hold up progress and not send a message to ALL those who are guilty because this jerk doesn't have a tattoo on his face and pictures on his knuckles ?? Grow up, man or they'll run ya over..

According to this chart (if I'm reading it right), used toilet paper is holding steady at $1.10 less than new Amazon toilet paper.
Things are definitely looking up (or down).

It's a real price tracking chart:

And I guarantee you I've spent more time researching this guy than whoever signed his deportation order....and that's the scary part.
The fact that you think this, is part of the problem. you absolutely cannot be serious with this statement. the deportation orders (2 separate ones) were signed by judges who had evidence entered into a court in front of them. YOU, do not have that.

If it was your option 2... Don't you think whoever gave him the photo would have had him mention they were doctored to point out MS13 was added to show the pictos meant MS13? It's pretty obvious whoever fed the photo to him wants people to think he actually had MS13 on tatood on his knuckles... He didn't say MS13 pictographs, he said MS13 was tattood on his hands. But my point stands... Do you think 90% of people who see that photo are going to think they photoshopped MS13 above the pictograms to make it obvious, or do you think theyre going to read that he has MS13 tattood on his hand and decide it's so obvious he's MS13? My point is theres so much disinformation online, that this guy, and everyone, should get their day in court to argue against the evidence. Sometimes what your eyes are showing you isnt how it really is.
are you seriously making an argument for the explanation (the arial typeface on the fingers) of the tattoos and people thinking they are real?

it is at worst civil disobedience, or frankly my first amendment right. What chaps my ass is the document they force every vendor to sign before accepting state contracts that says 'I pledge to not boycott Israel or support anybody else that does.' Telling me what to do with my business and money is the very goddamned definition of government overreach!
i mean, sure. ...but then again, you are not entitled to a contract.
just like the states aren't entitled to federal infrastructure funding unless they enforce federal DUI laws.

it is your right to accept or decline. no one is entitled to your goods&services.

Holy shiet Batman! I know things are frustrating but this rhetoric is not why I started this thread. Can we move on? Can we delete this thread?

We're at the end of the Easter weekend, let's focus on the nicer, friendlier and more enlightening things in life.
lol, i'm old enough to remember when the original owner of S101 banned political threads for this reason.
i was liberal at the time, being fresh out of college, but never really paid them any attention nor tried to insert my assumed moral superiority because i was more interested in the solvent printer threads.

any mockery on my part, was usually reserved for Microsoft Paint designers, and my avatar still reflects my snobbery from 10years ago in a thread about a design for a pool company :p

....but now its so easy to kneejerk at this crap, because the chicken littles and the boys who cried wolf have run rampant since 2015+.
which is exactly what "they" want. civilian infighting while the government grabs more money and squashes individual liberties.

True, what obligation does my state have to make certain that they are providing equal opportunities to businesses? It's not enough that I'm a white non veteran male, so I don't qualify for 'priority consideration' like women owned, veteran owned, minority owned businesses, I also need to pledge allegiance to Israel.

which is exactly what "they" want. civilian infighting while the government grabs more money and squashes individual liberties.
Who exactly do you mean by 'they' in this context? Cause it sure sounds like an echo chamber, both sides fearing the loss of freedom due to the other side's boogie man, while being ferociously in support of their own boogie man leader.
Is that right?

I was afraid of the boogie man when I was a little tot. I always thought he'd climb up the water spout and take me outta my bed. Mom said don't worry, your older brother will protect you. Cripes, by the time I was 12, I could beat his a$$. Big help he woulda been when I was 4.
