Usable scrap, but too much!

We have been producing a repeat application that uses most of a 50 x 100 sheet of expended PVC. We’ve generated a lot of scrap pieces that are a good usable size but it’s getting a little bit ridiculous with the amount of storage I have. Is there any other practical use for this stuff rather than to throw it away? I’d love to give it to somebody who’s in the Dallas Texas area if they wanted to cut it away for some useful purpose.

+1 for Boudica's idea. see if there's a school that could use them. elementary/secondary art teachers would love something like this. they could give each kid a chance at working on something large. if you have a vo tech school around you, check with them too.

also, odd suggestion, but garages. these would be great for anyone that needs to lay on their back to get under a car. or outdoor gun ranges, they can be used for backer board to targets (i give my dad coro and pvc whenever i have scraps for this very reason).

or worse case scenario, lean it up against the outside of your building and post on facebook marketplace that it's free to whomever comes and picks it up. it'll be gone faster than you can make more signs.

Or if you want it gone sooner, just lean it up against the outside of your building overnight with a "$500 Or Best Offer" sign on it. Should be cleared out before midnight.

Local model making shop, Art shops and small galleries/framers. We print "fine art" photographic on lovely papers, and a lot our customers like to get work flat packed; this would work great, and they can tape all four sides and it's weather proofed for pick up or post. Chop them down to 24.5" and sell them by the hundred, to pay for beer and pizza.
But yes, local schools for the warm glow of expanding minds.

That's like 1/3 of a sheet, unless it's a part that needs one section to be the 100" length of the master sheet, I'd work hard to source something closer to what you're needing for the end product. While you may pay more $/ft, but as long as cost/sheet is less than what you're paying now, its a net gain with less waste. Plus then you have lower disposal fees, and not as much weight.
Good suggestion. We were getting 48x96 sheets but our supplier ran out. I was wishing that we could sell something that fits the waste, but so far no luck.

I saved a stack for my teacher wife, but someone answered my FREE Facebook add and took -all- the rest for his small sign shop. Thanks for the suggestions!
