Hello all,

I am hoping that I'm posting in the right section here. I have a noob question concerning a newly acquired cutter.
It is a USCutter CT900 48". I've never seen this before, but for some reason when the blade carriage comes towards the middle of the cutter, it goes from the correct cut to just lightly scoring the vinyl to no cut at all and once it gets to the other side of the machine it starts cutting fine. I have searched for assistance with no luck. Can one of you cutter Gurus please school me on this issue.
