Question Using a flat bed UV Printer as a DTG

Hey guys, I'm very new to uv printing. I mostly run laser cutters and engravers. I have a Fujifilm 4'x8' uv flat bed printer and I finally have it working correctly. I'm printing on all sorts of materials. Problem is when I try to print white on dark fabric the white isn't bold enough to really work correctly. I've even tried to run 4 layers of white before running the color. Not much better. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Use a dye sub machine?

UV is not the right machine for this.

You need a pre treatment just like normal dtg I guess

Same thing here. You'll never be able to lay enough white down to make that work.

Using a UV device for DTG printing is a terrible idea.
Wait til you run across a customer who has a nasty skin reaction to the chemicals in UV ink.
