Value Cut default issue

Hi all I have been in the sign making business for a few years and just went on my own with valuecut plotter and mutoh 1324x. I am running laminated vinyl through the plotter after printing. I set the force to 120gsf and do a cut test and get the right force, hit enter, send the job and it reverts back to 80gsf while it is cutting. I checked the default properties in Flexi to make sure it is not overriding. What am I missing?

Any help would be appreciated as I have a job to have cut by morning

I would turn the cutter off. see if this clears it.

Fleixi is most likely sending command for force to your plotter. - sometimes it sends the wrong force.

I would uncheck the boxes in Flexi that send force and speed data on the setup screen.

Also- the plotter may have a menu to ignore commands for settings from computer ( my graphtec did).
