ValueJet 1204 Scroller Parts

I am in need of the slide on end cap for the rear scroller of a Mutoh VJ 1204. The one on my machine now is actually 2 pieces, a grey cone piece that slides into the media roll, and a black outer ring. My black outer ring is broken and I would like to replace it to avoid any problems with the media sliding off the roll while printing. Does anybody out there have a line on where I can buy just the end cap? Some of the places I have already contacted want to sell me the whole scroller.

Thank you, I will try SW again. When I talked to them about this before, the lady told me I would have to buy the whole scroller unit.
