I Have a Value Jet 1204. I just changed computers & downloaded software. When I go to setup / add setup Color Printers it is stuck on PrismJet even drop down. 2nd question which model it's stuck on PrismJet VJ24. Does anyone know what I did wrong? It won't recognize the wrong computer or open port.
