ValueJet 1638UH With 1/8” acrylic

Hello! I am trying to research UV printers. I have used a DCS 1800 before and printing on 1/8” acrylic would case it to warp if the backing wasn’t peeled to allow the sticky mat to hold the sheet down.

I would like to know if anyone can share experience printing on 1/8” acrylic with the Mutoh 1638UH. Does it lead to significant warping?

I have had zero issues with warping at all. The biggest this is getting for feed rate and profile right. Feel free to reach out anytime.
