Can anyone tell me where to get replacement parts for a vanguard vr5d chiller? We are getting a E05 error. Techs are telling us that this is obsolete and no parts are available.

No. They say to replace it. We want to exhaust all options first. It's just a sensor. I find it hard to believe there are no parts out there for it.

Grainger carries a lot of stuff, thousands of SKU's.
If there is apart number on it, test out Grainger.

Can you send me a picture of the chiller unit in question? Flora manufacturers a lot of the components in the Vanguard units and I might have the part you need in stock in NJ. E05 on the Flora chiller units means it isn't sensing the movement of the antifreeze solution. Normally this is actually caused by a failed pump, not the sensor. If this is the case we have the pump in stock.
