Vanguard VR5D - Lamp Adjustment

Greetings! We have a VR5D and are experiencing an issue where the lamp timing is off, causing a small portion of the print (3-4") to cure differently, thus giving it a different sheen. Has anyone else had experience with this before? I am sure it's a lamp timing issue, but have no idea where in the system to go in and make an adjustment on the timing. Any assistance or guidance is appreciated!

Is it shutting off too soon? The lamp settings are in the print option tab of the software. You can set how far past the print you want the lamp to stay on. For the grayed out settings you'll need to use the maintenance code. If you still have a problem email Jang at Vanguard customer service. They are very helpful and respond fairly quickly.
