VE Panther 40" vinyl cutter

I have a VE Panther 40" vinyl cutter. It's about 3 years old, works great, has a new blade and blade strip. What is a reasonable value on this machine? Looking to upgrade to a CE-5000 and will be selling the Panther. What's it worth?
I'm thinking $1000 + shipping?

Jim, the suggestion is appreciated, but I have a deal on a CE-5000 and am trying to get a rough value for my machine if I were to find a buyer.
Anyone else have an idea?
