Vector Converting

When you have a client's logo that they brought in, say on the back of a matchbook and they say it's the only artwork they have, and you know you need to vectorize it, other than doing it yourself what is a good company to go to?

I used one a few years back but now I cannot remember the name, I would go to their website, upload the artwork, and it would come back usually within 24 hours and was usually around $25.00.

Anyone know of anything similar?
