Does anyone have a vectorized Santa Clause. Something simple, and free, I don't want to be labled as someone trying to steal artwork but if someone could share something have done or know where I could find one?

Did you try expressclipart.com. That is Fred's site for clipart, the link is at the bottom of the page. Here is a link to his clipart of santa clause and the price is very reasonable.
