I have a customer who owns a pickup truck and we have removed the oval emblem off the front
plastic grill. He wants to replace that emblem with his company name. What kind of material would you recommend?
The emblem needs to be something that can withstand the high heat and
extreme cold, it needs hold up to the highway salts, and the possibility of being
pitted with gravel, etc. Any help with how to do this project? Materials, paints vs vinyl, etc.

Billet badges, any local machine shop with a CNC router, a lot of engraving shops

This is from Steve's website for the ones that he did for me. Not all of them, but the main two. I did also replace the front oval and the tailgate oval as well. I left the tailgate King Ranch badge on, replaced all the others.

What about H/C ABS or Polycarbonate? The emblem would be routered out with raise lettering. I wish to paint the material 2 colors.
