vehicle outlines needed

hi can anyone suggest any software for uk/european vehicle outlines from 2002 to now i want to do some design work for cars i have taken pictures of the vehicles then on the pc applioed the artwork on signlab i have an old version for car outlines but it's got no new vehicle shapes


any help would be very much appreciated
