Vehicle Work Sheet/Work Order

Does anyone use a work sheet/Work order form for getting all the info for pricing? Something with a generic vehicle template that we can write info on with measurements etc.? Just want to make it easier for our CSR to get all the info for estimator and designers. Maybe there isn't such a beast nowadays?

take pics of the vehicle with cell phone, email them, print them, write notes (or some may be able to print directly from the phone). Don't trust the generic outline templates to cover all models.

Take straight on pictures and get good measurements!
