My magenta head on my Roland VersaArt RS640 has stopped working from one day to the other.
After looking around I found that I had a bit of air in the tubes which prevented it to go to the damper>printhead which might explain why print head was dry.
Now after I purged all the air out, the printhead still will not print is there anyway I might be able to unclog or make it damp so it will print again?
