Need Help Versa Works

Which Versa Works would I need to purchase to run with Flexi Software and a Roland XC-540 Print and Cut Machine. I am new to all this printer stuff and its getting the best of me.

Roland VersaWorks V 5.5.1 is the one I use with my RE-640

Why not just run Flexi? I've run my Roland, Mutoh and Summa with Flexi.

If you already had Flexi works there and it supports your Roland model so you don't need VW.
